Hi! I’m Eliza Jane, but you can just call me Liza.
I'm a Southern girl currently living in West Point, NY with my best friend/husband, a toddler who puts the color inside of my world,
the sweetest baby girl whose smile could end wars, and our giant polar bear of a dog.
I love laid-back people (proud Type B personality right here!), coffee, the color grey, showing emotion, rain, the last drop of sunlight, exploring abandoned places,
stretching, shadows, kindness, summer, plot twists, sarcasm, the smell of a baby, things that make you look twice, and a good craft beer.
I listen more than I talk, people-watching is one of my favorite activities, and I believe I am talented in reading people’s vibes & emotions-
all of which serve me well in this art. I like to think my photographs capture not just your image, but something deeper, something unable to put into words.
Words have so often failed me. Pictures, never.
"It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see." -Henry David Thoreau.
I see beauty everywhere, even in the mundane (especially in the mundane), and I believe humans are the most beautiful subjects this world has to offer.
Let me show you.
